Welcome to the Preparing Paraprofessionals for Early Childhood Education (P2ECE) Project website!  This website was primarily created as a resource for ECE community college faculty participating in the P2ECE Project.  It can be useful for anyone who is responsible for developing the ECE workforce through college coursework or professional development.  On this site, you will find:
